A. Too many dishes on the top shelf. B. Doesn't violate any rules, so this is the correct answer. C. Dish 2 is below dish 6. Supposed to be the other way around. D. Dish 1 and 4 can't be on the same shelf. E. Dish 6 and dish 5 need to be on vertically adjacent shelves. Here, they aren't.
